The Special Appeal gives the decision today, Safet Gjici hospitalized for 2

The Special Appeal is expected to give the decision for Safet Gjicin today, but the former mayor of Kukës is in the hospital.

Gjici has been hospitalized for two months after having a health problem.

For Gjicin, SPAK requested 4 years and 6 months, while for Alma Kaçi, SPAK requested a sentence of 1 year and 5 months in prison.

Both benefit from a 1/3 sentence reduction due to summary judgment.

The prosecutor did not agree with the change of the charge and the reduction of the sentence made by the Court of First Instance.
