The Bektashi World Grandmother has denied the latest rumors circulated in the media regarding the sovereignty initiative of the Bektashi Order.

According to an official statement, these reports are completely baseless.

"Baba Mondi, the spiritual leader of the Bektashi Order, fully supports this initiative," the statement said.

In his exclusive interview with The New York Times, Baba Mondi reiterated the importance of this initiative, emphasizing that " this is a decisive step towards protecting the century-old tradition of the Bektashi Order of spiritual moderation and religious inclusion.
