The Coordinator for Departments in the Democratic Party, Silvi Bardhi, joined the protesters in front of the Tirana City Hall to express opposition to the corruption that, according to her, has involved local and government institutions.

She emphasized that corruption is present in all municipalities of Albania, mentioning those of Tirana, Elbasan, Durrës, Shkodra and Vlora.

 During her speech, Bardhi called for dignity and endurance, especially for the ladies and professionals who work in these institutions.

We are standing today in front of a building of super-corruption. It is not only the Municipality of Tirana, these ministries are not the only ones supporting it, it is also the Municipality of Elbasan, the Municipality of Durrës, the Municipality of Shkodra, the Municipality of Vlora. All municipalities in Albania are flooded with corruption.

I want to give a message to ladies in general. For all the ladies, since I am a mother myself, I am a lady myself, I am the head of the family, I appeal to you: all those ladies who feel honest within these institutions, stand with dignity, do not bow down to the patron-Nazis who have appointed directors, vice-directors , vice ministers, ministers, etc.

All these people force you to lower your head, because the theft is next, to put the money of the Albanians in your pocket. They compel you, honorable ladies, and all you professionals who are inside these buildings, to sign. Don't allow this anymore!

You are honest people, people who see us and have hope in the opposition. We know this very well, there are also people who have hope that things will change. They want Edi Rama to leave, he to leave, together with the whole gang of thieves, because they are not managers, nor professionals, they are literal thieves. We are with them, the opposition is with honest people. Thieves leave, ladies stay with dignity!
