Details from the massacre with 4 victims in Shkodër, two of them bystanders

Shkodra is shaken this afternoon.

An assassination attempt with firearms has left four people dead at the "5 heroes" roundabout in Dobrač. It is known that two of the identified victims are Hamza Lici and Arlind Bushati, while the other two are a married couple, bystanders. 

It is reported that Lici and Bushati were driving in a vehicle, where the perpetrators, who are suspected to be two, approached and fired Kalashnikov bursts. It is reported that the perpetrators opened fire on another vehicle with Croatian license plates.

According to police sources, two of the victims died at the scene and two others died in the hospital.

The police seized the security cameras to shed light on the investigation of the incident and the identification of the perpetrators.
