The non-payment of obligations to former players, but also the obligations they have for the training quota to the basic clubs, continues to be a nightmare for Albanian football.

 And already based on the UEFA guidelines, the AFL is obliged to block the market for clubs that do not pay these obligations after losing the relevant trials.

When there is a little more than a week left from the start of Superiore, the AFF announced that it has blocked the markets of Tirana, Laçi and Dinamo, due to the obligations they have towards third parties.

KF Laçi, for failure to execute decision no. 1, dated 23.04.2024 of the Special Training Compensation Commission, based on article 29/1/c of ​​the KDE, the ban on the registration of new players is imposed for 3 (three) registration periods until the full payment of the obligation.

FC Dinamo City, for failure to execute decision no. 4, dated 30.05.2024 of the Special Commission of Compensation for Training, based on Article 29/1/c of ​​the KDE, a ban on the registration of new players is imposed for 3 (three) registration periods until the full payment of the obligation.

KF Tirana, for failure to execute decision no. 13, dated 19.02.2024 of the National Dispute Resolution Chamber, based on Article 29/1/c of ​​the KDE, the ban on the registration of new players for 3 (three) registration periods until the full payment of the obligation is imposed.

Accepting the request of the applicant Niko Zisi. KF Lushnja 1930, for failure to execute decision no. 15, dated 19.03.2024 of the National Dispute Resolution Chamber, based on article 29/1/b of the KDE, a warning period of 30 (thirty) days is given to execute the decision.

An appeal against the decision is allowed within 3 (three) days before the Appeals Committee.
