Sali Shehu was yesterday the person authorized by the New Democratic Spirit to follow the agreement for the coalition with the DP for the April 25 elections. He reacted after the resignation of the leader of this party, Bamir Topit.

Shehu told "Fax news" that he had just been informed of the irrevocable resignation of his chairman.

"To be honest, I am now familiar with the resignation and I do not have the necessary information to give reasons, but I believe Mr. Topi will explain it himself," he said.

Asked if there were any clashes or disagreements regarding the coalition with the DP, Shehu denied this.

"I do not believe it is for these reasons, but at this moment we will gather the leadership and thank Mr. Topi for his contribution to the party. "The agreement has been signed in agreement with the entire presidency, " he said.
