It is suspected that they were caused by criminal activity, 1 million euros of assets are seized in Tirana

The Prosecutor's Office of Tirana has requested the seizure of 14 assets of citizen Ervis Hysa, 29 years old, as they are suspected to be derived from criminal activity.

It is reported that 9 garages in the area of ​​the former Aviation Field, 1 building in Paskuqan, 1 apartment in Yzberisht and 2 vehicles, worth about 1 million euros, were seized.

Pursuant to this proceeding, the execution of the decision of the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana was carried out, for the imposition of preventive sequestration against real estate in charge of the citizen Ervis Hysa, 29 years old, and his family members.

The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Tirana requests the seizure of the assets of the citizen Ervis Hysa, based on the law "On the Prevention and Combating of Organized Crime and Trafficking through Preventive Measures against Assets", as amended.

Ervis Hysa, has been arrested by the local Directorate of the Tirana Police, after the Court of Appeal for Serious Crimes Tirana, has sentenced him to 1 year and 4 months for the criminal offense "Force by means of violence to give property", provided by article 109/ under the Criminal Code.

Referring to the criminal position in charge of the citizen Ervis Hysa, the assets which are not justified from the economic point of view and which are suspected to be related to and derive from criminal activity have been identified in advance.
Estimating that there is sufficient data proving the criminal activity of the citizen EH, convicted for the criminal offense of "Extortion by means of violence to give property", provided by Article 109/bi of the Criminal Code and the property was placed after the conviction; and considering that it has been proven that these assets, the object of the property investigation, do not have a legal origin, the prosecution requests the sequestration of the following assets:

1. Building located in cadastral area 2884, with property no. 1302/16-ND2, with an area of ​​147.8 m2, with address Paskuqan;

2. Apartment owned by citizen FH, with an area of ​​105.2 m2, with an address in Yzberisht, Tirana;

3. Property in the name of citizen FH, "garage" type property with an area of ​​18.6 m2;

4. According to the business contract, 9 parking spaces in the residential building on "Ish-Fusha e Aviacioni" street and "Dafinave" street, Administrative Unit No. 7, Tirana, as follows,

1) Parking lot with no. P41, located on the basement floor of the building.
2) Parking lot with no. P42, located on the basement floor of the building.
3) Parking lot with no. P43, located on the basement floor of the building.
4) Parking lot with no. P44, located on the basement floor of the building.
5) Parking lot with no. P45, located on the basement floor of the building.
6) Parking lot with no. P46, located on the basement floor of the building.
7) Parking lot with no. P47, located on the basement floor of the building.
8) Parking lot with no. P48, located on the basement floor of the building.
9) Parking lot with no. P49, located on the basement floor of the building.

5. Vehicle owned by SH citizens, brand Toyota, type Yaris;
6. Vehicle owned by citizen FH, brand BMË.
