The Albanian lawyer who lives in Australia, Eva Buzo, has again swam from the Italian coast in order to arrive in Albania.
Accompanied by the Guarda di Finanza, she has strict rules for this trip, not having permission to touch any boats and consuming food only in water throughout her trip.
Buzo intends to cover 91 kilometers to reach the Albanian coast, a second attempt after last year its 70-kilometer challenge to cross the Otranto canal was interrupted near Karaburun, when the bite of a jellyfish forced him to stop traveling after 28 hours of uninterrupted swimming.
