Fox News journalist raises questions about Soros' support for Rama: $270

Fox News journalist Laura Ingraham has raised questions about the support that George Soros gives to Prime Minister Rama.

Referring to an article by the American media outlet Washington Examiner, she points out that an NGO linked to Soros has received $270 million from USAID, which she says raises alarm about how Washington oversees funding.

“Why did a Soros-linked NGO get so much more than it should have? $270 million versus $9 million? This raises alarm bells about how the U.S. government oversees funding. We owe it to the public to dig deeper,” Ingraham wrote.

After being sworn in as US president, Donald Trump has blocked all foreign aid through USAID.

Trump's nominee for government efficiency Elon Musk and Secretary of State Marco Rubio have launched an operation to dismantle USAID, which they have called a criminal organization that has abused American taxpayers and that must "die."

They have ordered the return to the US of all American USAID employees around the world, leaving only 294 employees out of the 10,000 that USAID has in total.
