Gramos and Lavdimir Kurtaj, uncle and nephew, were killed after shooting with a Kalashnikov in Roskovec. The author of the incident, Altin Kuka, fired a volley of gunfire while the two victims were drinking coffee.

A resident of the area told the media that the victims were known as exemplary people for Roskovec. He adds that the perpetrator and the victims knew each other and ate and drank together every day.

"I know them and the victims were brothers. They were models of society, charitable people. One had a bar while the other had a wholesale point in Roskovec.  The author has a poultry business, both are fellow villagers and they ate and drank together and the event was instantly",  the resident declared.
