The icon of the newspaper 'Dielli' dies in America

The head of the Albanian newspaper "Dielli" in the US, Dali Greca has passed away at the age of 72. He was one of the most famous Albanian personalities in America. The news was announced by the Vatra Federation, which has also expressed its condolences for the loss of Greece.  

Who is Dalip Greca

Dalip Greca was born in Lushnje on October 10, 1950. He completed his higher studies in Language and Literature. He worked first in education and then in journalism.

On July 20, 1999, he emigrated to the United States of America and began working as the editor-in-chief of the Albanian section of the Albanian-American newspaper ILLYRIA.

In August 2009, Dalip Greca started running the Sun Newspaper, which had not been published for more than two and a half years. He revived the oldest newspaper in the Albanian world and for 12 years has turned it into the former glory of the founders.
