Ilir Binaj is appointed General Director of Taxes

The Council of Ministers has approved the appointment of Ilir Binaj as Director General of Taxes, according to the decision approved in support of the Constitution and the law on tax procedures in Albania.

The appointment comes after the proposal of the Minister of Finance, while the Ministry of Finance and the General Directorate of Taxes are charged with the implementation of this decision, which comes into effect immediately. 

APPOINTMENT OF THE GENERAL DIRECTOR OF TAXATION

In support of Article 100 of the Constitution and Point 2, Article 17, of Law No. 9920, dated 19.5.2008, "On tax procedures in the Republic of Albania", amended, with the proposal of the Minister of Finance, the Council of MinistersV ENDO:


1. Mr. Ilir Binaj is appointed General Director of Taxes.

2. The Ministry of Finance and the General Directorate of Taxes are charged with the implementation of this decision.

This decision takes effect immediately.
