The Dibra Police have referred to SPAK the materials for the criminal offense of 'obstructing electoral subjects' for Kalosh Murra after the report of the political leader for the Dibra District, Xhelal Mziu, following a fight that occurred in Ostren, Bulqiza.

The DP candidate has filed a complaint against the latter, claiming that during the electoral meeting held by the Democratic Party in the village of Ostren, Kalosh Murra intimidated the participants in the meeting.

"The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Bulqiza Police Commissariat referred the materials to SPAK, for the criminal offense of "Obstructing Electoral Entities", for citizen KM, 33 years old, resident of Shupenza, after citizen Xh. M., 58 years old, resident of Tirana, filed a report against him on 25.04.2025, who claims that during the electoral meeting held by the political entity "Democratic Party", in the village of Ostren, citizen KM intimidated the participants in the meeting" , the police announced.
