The President of the Republic, Bajram Begaj, administered by the Judicial Appointments Council, the final ranking list of candidates allowed to run and their ranking report, to fill the vacancy in the Constitutional Court, full vacancy, created at the end of the mandate of the judge Parparim Kalo.

According to the documentary practice sent, the Judicial Appointments Council, by decision, decided to approve the Final Ranking List of Candidates for judges in the Constitutional Court, in the vacant position, as follows:

1. Mr. Genti Ibrahimi 88.38 points

2. Mrs. Arta Vorpsi 88.22 points

3. Mrs. Arta Marku 82.66 points

The President of the Republic, after recognizing and evaluating the documentary decision-making practice of the Judicial Appointments Council, as well as evaluating the need for the completion and functioning of the Constitutional Court, has decided that Genti Ibrahimi be appointed as a judge in the Constitutional Court.
