According to the prosecution body, it has been proven from the conducted investigations that Armando Kumaraku and Natasha Rombula mistreated the 10-year-old minor, who is the son and grandson of the defendants, by posting him on the social network "Tiktok" and using banal vocabulary.

As a result of the traumatic events, the Prosecutor's Office estimates that the defendants have affected the quality of life of the minor by not allowing him to have peace of mind, to feel vulnerable and bullied, having constant fears.

The prosecution says that the three defendants forced the minor citizen of AK to make a video and appear on the social network "Tiktok" using banal and insulting words that are extremely serious even for adults who are no longer the age of the victim of the criminal offense, emotionally burdened the latter by means of threats made by the two defendants.

In the announcement, it is stated that videos are shown by the administration of footage, where the minor son used inappropriate behavior and vocabulary encouraged by the defendants father and grandmother.

It is reported that the minor AK stated that he was often physically and psychologically threatened when he appeared on "Tik Tok" and his father threatened him all the time with a knife so that he would appear on social networks, even though he said that he did not want to he did not know the meaning of a part of the vocabulary he used in this network and declares that his father taught him in the presence of his grandmother.

According to the prosecuting authority, giving the minor a 25 cm long knife while exerting continuous psychological violence, continuously and repeatedly insulting him with a very heavy vocabulary towards him and his mother as well as physical blows have caused consequences for the minor.

The prosecution estimates that the giving of cigars and alcoholic beverages to the minor child by the two defendants, clearly results that he was subjected to physical and psychological abuse and was forced to perform actions that harm his mental and physical development.
