Asked for early release, the Court postpones the decision on Beler

For the second time, the Court of Fier has postponed the hearing related to Fredi Beleri's request for his early release on bail, with the argument that he has served 2/3 of the sentence.

The reason for the postponement of the first session was the absence of the representative of the General Directorate of Prisons, while this Tuesday, the latter said that he still does not have the evidence of the penalty.

The lawyers claimed that it is this institution that issues these documents, and such a claim, according to them, is made in order not to allow the release of Beler until the partial local elections for the head of the Municipality of Himara are held on August 4.

According to Beleri's lawyer, Geni Gjyzari, prisons receive directives from Prime Minister Rama, taking a unique position from other cases, where parole was accepted for similar requests.

The next session was adjourned on July 29 at 09:30
