The promise of votes
Agron Duro was discovered after a few days before the May 14 local elections, videos were published on social media through which the suspects talk about buying and selling votes.
He promises Kristo Agalli that he has 4 votes and they agree to pay 10,000 lek per vote and 5,000 for fuel for the route that Agron Duro will take with his car, probably towards Kuçova, together with the 4 voters who are claimed that they would be paid.
"100 thousand ALL is a shame. we take it, but it's a shame 100 thousand lek. You have 2 votes, I have 4 votes. Well, I have a car myself, why do I want the car there? He threw me the fuel. It lowers the bargain from the bad. 100 thousand ALL and 50 thousand ALL diesel. The last bargain", says Duro.
