The court has set the security measure "house arrest" for the businessman Vladimir Topi, who bribed the General Secretary of the Ministry of Health, Joana Duro.
Topi gave Duro an amount of 330 thousand lek in order to win a tender worth 8 million old lek illegally.

The amount of money was found in the secretary's office, immediately after the arrest by the police.
