During the speech given to the citizens in Saranda, the Chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, said that a country without youth is without a future and that Albania has lost its youth over the last 12 years, due to the departure of young people. Berisha stated that the country is losing the hopes and dreams of the youth, and called for the return of young people to Saranda and Albania.

But if there is a country that lost its youth in the most ruthless way, like no other country, it is Albania of these 12 years. Did you know that the UN announced 3 days ago that Albania will have the lowest birth rate in the world. Why?
Because of the departure of young people.
Aren't these cries that come from the soul of the nation, from the depths of the soil of this country, that we must do the impossible so that our children, our grandchildren, our young people, can build their dream in Saranda and in Albania?
The lady who spoke: I am a mother of two children, unemployed, I studied abroad, a patriot, I came back here to build the dream. Let them go, she says, lazy, lazy.
No one in Albania is poor because they are lazy. Poverty is brought about by bad politics, it is brought about by the theft of citizens. Therefore, we will do everything so that every young person can be educated. The average is completely removed, there is no average anymore. Fees are removed, they will be symbolic, or they will be removed altogether.
A 200 euro scholarship for students.
The employment of a young person, every entrepreneur will have social security paid for 1 year for the young person. Every expense they need for their professional training will be paid. Every young person who gets married and builds their nest in Albania, a family, will have a grant of 30 thousand euros.
We will do everything to bring the nation to the age of youth. The 3rd child will be paid by the state from birth, until the age of 23. The first child will have a bonus of 70 euros, the second child will have a bonus of 60 euros.
Friends, we will do everything so that those hundreds of thousands of young people, over 700 thousand of whom have left in the last 10 years alone, return to Albania, return to Saranda.
We will do everything for their shelter. We will finance their businesses. 5 years will be tax-free. Once again, the nation must return to its youth. A nation without youth is a nation without a future and we cannot be such a nation.
