Renowned moderator Eni Vasili is elected General Director of RTSH. Vasili was elected in the second round of voting by the RTSH Steering Council, receiving seven votes.
The mandate of the Director General of RTSH is 5 years. The first vote to elect the Director General of RTSH was held yesterday, but none of the candidates managed to receive the necessary votes to be elected Director General of RTSH.
Today, Friday, the second vote was held between the three most voted candidates from yesterday, Eni Vasili, Xhoi Jakaj and Engjëll Musai.
Vasili resulted in the most votes, receiving 3/5 of the votes needed to be elected Director General.
