The police only seize weapons, the attacks remain unsolved/ How do Kalash people

After the crime in Pllana, Lezha, when Gjovalin Prendi was killed, and after the assassination in Lundë, Tirana, where 4 people were injured, including 2 children, the perpetrators disappeared without a trace, taking their firearms with them.

At least 3 Kalashnikovs are currently in the hands of criminals, thus posing a potential threat to security in the country.

Criminal groups are increasingly showing their power by investing in firearms that are manufactured in recent years and are expensive.

Most of them are new products that are suspected to have come from abroad.

Top Channel learns that in just the first 3 months of this year, the state police have seized 101 firearms, mainly Kalashnikovs and pistols, in various operations. 12 sporting firearms have also been seized.

These seized weapons, along with a significant amount of ammunition, have been taken to scientific laboratories where the police hope to find answers that will link these weapons to previous criminal events that are still unsolved. /TCH
