London wears red and black! Hysa knocks out provocative rival, Bërmeta also

Nelson Hysa, the Albanian boxer, is strengthening his position among the European super heavyweight champions. In a match that had little history, Hysa managed to defend the WBO title, defeating his opponent from North Macedonia, Todorche Cvetkov, who had previously provoked him based on nationality, by knockout in the third round.

The fight took place at London's Harrow Leisure Centre, where the 40-year-old from Shkodra clearly dominated. Displaying an incredible superiority, Hysa forced the Macedonian to retire before the end of the third round, thus marking 20 wins out of 20 in his professional career, 18 of which came by knockout.

Thanks to this great success, Hysa has managed to rank 25th in the world in his category, among 1,547 boxers, becoming a proud figure for Albanian fans who follow every match with passion.

On the same day of success, Albanian boxer Alban Bërmeta also wrote another successful chapter. The 33-year-old managed, also by knockout in the third round, to defeat his rival from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mirsad Cebo – an opponent with a long experience in professional boxing, having participated in 26 matches, of which 22 ended in victory.

This double success proves that the Albanian boxer continues to write history in the international arena, offering performances that inspire young people and passion for the sport throughout the country.
