Hamza Liçi, Arlind Bushati, Flutura and Bashkim Basha, the latter two bystanders, remained dead in the Dobraçi massacre.

The target of the attack is not yet known as the identity of the third person appearing in the video is not yet known. There are doubts that this person is Ibrahim Liçi, the brother of Hamza Liçi, known by the nickname "Braçja".

In the video, after the assassination, this person appears with bloody hands limping next to the body of one of the victims, specifically, allegedly next to Hamza Liçi.

It is reported that Liçi may have been this person who was traveling with Hamza and Arlindi and who may have been injured by the assassination.
