Not only in Shkodër, Vlorë and Durrës, but criminal groups have monitored the movements of the police in other cities as well. The police discovered 39 security cameras placed on streets and public squares in Korça and Pogradec as part of the coded operation "Fijet" that started in Shkodër. 

" Korçë District/The implementation of the police operational plan coded "Fijet", initiated by the General Directorate of the State Police, continues in all districts of the country.

The fifth phase of this nationwide operational plan is finalized in Korça and Pogradec. 

During this phase, the Police dismantled 39 cameras installed in violation of the law in the city of Korça and Pogradec.

In the investigation for unjust interference in private life, 9 citizens, of these, 7 citizens in Korça and 2 citizens in Pogradec, who had installed these cameras, illegally.

The investigative structures of DVP Korçë, in cooperation with the police stations subordinate to it, in implementation of the tasks defined within the nationwide operational plan coded "Fijet", initiated by the General Directorate of the State Police, as well as with the support of information intelligence, for the unauthorized placement of some cameras, specifically in some neighborhoods of the cities of Korçë and Pogradec, in order to provide information, for criminal purposes, as well as to monitor the movements of the Police, have organized the work for the identification and dismantling of these cameras, identification of their owners, as well as for full legal documentation of the purpose of use.

-During the fifth phase of this operational plan, in Korça, in neighborhoods no. 2, 4, 5, 7, as well as in the village of Dishnicë, Korçë, 21 cameras were dismantled, and the citizens ZM, AQ, G. Ç., RS, Gj are under investigation. R., PB and MD

- The operational plan continued in Pogradec where 18 cameras located in neighborhood no. 1, Pogradec. Following the procedural actions for these cases, the citizens of AB and N. Ll are under investigation," the Police announcement states.
