Analyst and journalist Lutfi Dervishi has listed the reasons why the Socialist Party is on the wrong side of history, regarding Albania's integration into the European Union.

Invited to the A2 CNN studio, Dervishi showed that it was the SP that blocked Albania's chances to move forward, and today it is the same SP that is propagandizing that only with him and Rama can it join the EU.

"The SP has been on the wrong side of history regarding the EU in all three decades. In 1995, when Albania was going to become a member of the Council of Europe, it was Namik Dokle who said the apples were not ripe. In 2006, when Albania was going to receive stabilization-association, there were the nightingales of the SP deputies in the Assembly. In 2008, it was the SP leadership that said NATO is equal to NATA. What is this NATA, we want investments.
