An unusual incident occurred on Sunday evening in the coastal town of Himara, where Jonathan Islami, the partner of renowned moderator Roza Lati and a fan of extreme sports, fell during a parachute jump, just minutes before the start of a fireworks show.
The incident has caused concern among citizens present in the area, but fortunately Islami escaped without serious injuries. His life is out of danger and he is receiving the necessary treatment for some minor injuries.
After the incident, Roza Lati herself reacted on social media with a reassuring message: "Stay healthy. No panic. The Eagle is not killed easily," she wrote, reassuring her followers and fans.
Meanwhile, Himara Police have initiated criminal proceedings against Jonathan Islam for "dangerous and irresponsible landing in a public area", assessing that the parachute flight was carried out without respecting safety standards. The materials have been referred to the Prosecutor's Office for further investigation.
