According to him, this is part of a political stunt aimed at creating a false case, which is not based on evidence.

Nallbati has accused that this event was orchestrated to avoid Prime Minister Edi Rama's responsibilities and to hit the opposition on the eve of the elections, describing everything as an attempt to manipulate the electoral process and harm those who are against the government.

She writes to the court and says that I have not yet received the footage, but I ask that a security measure be imposed. She says: "I assessed the arrest in flagrante delicto for unfounded acts as fair and I request that a security measure be imposed against a person, despite the fact that I have not yet administered these acts." I am sorry that the judge became part of this masquerade and political staging.

It is understandable why, of course. You heard Prime Minister Rama in Devoll yesterday. He came to ask for votes from Devoll residents, spoke for an hour or so and did not mention anything about what he has done for Devoll and the residents, but only took this opportunity. This was staged so that Edi Rama could avoid his responsibility for the 12-year misgovernment and deal with such nonsense, as is always the case.

I ask the prosecutor and the judge, can they justify to me why, by order of the police director, and the prosecutor admitted this in the courtroom, the police director delegated the case to Korça, while the Devoll Police Station has territorial jurisdiction.
