A serious incident was recorded in Malësi e Madhe, where a 73-year-old man attacked his 62-year-old brother with a cutting tool (kmesë) during a conflict over weak motives.
Citizen HK was taken to Shkodra Hospital for treatment, where it was determined that he had suffered head injuries.
After being notified of the case, the services of the Malësi e Madhe Police Commissariat immediately launched investigations and managed to identify and capture the perpetrator, citizen CK, who was arrested for the criminal offense. The cutting tool was seized as material evidence.
Currently, the HK citizen is under the care of doctors, out of danger to his life. The case is in the hands of the Prosecutor's Office for further action.
