He said that small businesses will benefit from cheaper energy, lower taxes and a 5-year tax exemption. He also promised a reduction in VAT to 15% and a flat 10% tax for medium and large businesses. Berisha harshly criticized the government for mocking citizens and the demographic decline, calling for the return of emigrants and building the future of the country.
