The political leader of the Democratic Party in Lezha, Agron Gjekmarkaj, has reacted to the injury that occurred in Laç.

Gjekmarkaj says the incident is a serious criminal act. He adds that, among other things, a completely innocent citizen was also injured in this incident.

 "The wounding of five people in the city of Laç is a serious criminal act that demonstrates the insecurity of life and the real danger posed by armed individuals moving freely through cities."

An innocent lady who sells candles on the street for a living was shot dead.

This situation is inexcusable and shows a serious failure of law enforcement structures, including local police leaders and the Ministry of Interior.

"I call on the justice and investigative bodies to act urgently to identify and apprehend the perpetrators of this event, ensuring security and order for citizens."
