The leader of the Democratic Party in Athens, Alfred Fizi, has denounced the scandal with the diaspora vote.

He writes on social media that envelopes with immigrant ballots are at betting points and abandoned at the entrances of buildings.

He calls this process not only a failure of this process but a studied plan to steal the vote. 

"To have envelopes with emigrant ballots end up in betting points and abandoned at the entrances of buildings, and even worse, no one knowing who receives them and who delivers them, is not only a failure of this process but a plan studied by perverse minds who have a habit of stealing votes...", writes Fizi.
