The leader of the Democrats, Sali Berisha, has unveiled the Democratic Party's program in Mat.

Berisha asked Albanians for only 100 days to transform Albania, starting from the minimum wage to halving water and electricity prices.

Berisha: Dear friends, Edi Rama lied to Albanians for 12 years. He promised free healthcare, promised 300 thousand jobs, promised 24-hour drinking water, promised increases in salaries and pensions.

But the truth is that in 12 years it impoverished Albanians like no other country, increased prices like no other, and drove Albanians out of Albania.

That's why I'm here today to ask you, the leaders of every political force, for just 100 days of trial.

I don't seek power for myself, because I have no ambition for power, I have no ambition for money, because if I had ambition for money, I would be one of the richest doctors.

But 3 years ago, when I realized that they wanted to leave you without an opposition, I stood up and today you have an opposition that is moving towards victory.

I ask every Albanian for just 100 days to transform Albania.

100 days on a mission, in which all Albanians will unite their hearts to help first and foremost those 760 thousand gray-haired men and women who are treated in the most unworthy way with a ridiculous pension. To establish a living wage of 200 euros.

I am asking for 100 days for us to set the minimum pension at 200 euros.

I am asking for 100 days to unfold a new opportunity before every Albanian.

I am asking for 100 days to give every pensioner and low-wage earner who will not have a salary below 500 euros.

I am asking for 100 days to provide the minimum wage of 500 euros and the consumer card.

I am asking for 100 days to halve the water tariff for citizens, to reduce the price of energy for citizens to 7 lek.

I am asking for 100 days to establish the Italian medication reimbursement list in Albania.

We need 100 days and only 100 days to decide to make the contract signed with the president of the Union of Independent Trade Unions a reality for miners, geologists, oil workers, their status 100 percent according to the contract. Completely.

I am asking for 100 days for every small businessman to have their energy price reduced from 18 lek to 6 lek.

The price of oil should be reduced by 30-40 percent for every Albanian.

The water fee for small business owners should be halved. A limit should be placed on the municipality's ability to never again impose fees and taxes on businesses that exceed 1 percent of turnover.

I only ask for 100 days for every farmer in Mat and Albania to be subsidized for every seedling, for every head of livestock, for every unit of production, five times more than today.
