Beleri: I submitted evidence to the Supreme Court about the illegal trial that

MEP Fredi Beleri has filed new evidence with the Supreme Court regarding the illegal trial that, according to him, was conducted by the GJKKO.

Through a statement to the media, Beleri said that the evidence deposited will prove the injustice done to him by Judge Irena Gjoka.

Beleri emphasized that he was arrested by a prosecutor who is currently in handcuffs and by a judge who should not be in the system.

DECLARATION:

In an effort to prove and denounce with facts the injustice that was done to me, by kidnapping and imprisoning me for 16 months and by hijacking the mandate of the Mayor of Himara Municipality, I filed important evidence in the high court for the illegal trial that was done to me by the GJKKO.

Judge Irena Gjoka, who sentenced me, was herself convicted of a criminal offense of forgery in Greece with 3 months in prison (converted to a fine), and expelled from the Greek state. This also explains the hatred she has towards the Greek ethnic minority and its elected representatives. Not only as a judge but also as the President of the GJKKO during 2023, she violated the law, used illegal procedures and false evidence against me.

A convicted person, based on the Constitution, cannot be a judge in the Republic of Albania, let alone President of the GJKKO, the most important court in the country. This fact (of the criminal conviction of the judge) clearly shows the illegal, ordered, staged and politically ordered process that was carried out against me.

I was arrested by a Prosecutor who is now under arrest for illegal influence, I was convicted by a convicted Judge who should not be in the system. So today, based on the law, I have requested a review of my decisions. Justice can still be restored later...and it is better than never.
