Lawyer Marash Logu spoke from SPAK about the decision given today by the GJKKO in favor of Gazment Bardhi.

According to him, Bardhi has denounced a suspected corruption scheme in the electricity sector, involving Minister Belinda Balluku and other senior leaders of OSHEE, and that it is a pure theft of 180 million euros, to the detriment of the public interest and the Albanian state budget.

Marash Logu also conveyed a message from Gazment Bardhi to Balluku, emphasizing that she has already lost two court battles and that on May 11, according to him, she will face a third defeat in the elections by the citizens of Fier.

Marash Logu: Only in defense of the public interest, the public budget, and Albanian taxpayers' money, has he denounced a corrupt scheme and outright theft of 180 million euros in the electricity sector, by Minister Belinda Balluku and her directors.

On December 18 of last year, we submitted a criminal report to SPAK denouncing precisely this corruption and illegality scheme, a scheme for which SPAK has already registered a criminal proceeding with number 207 of 2024 and is conducting all necessary investigations.

We take this opportunity to call on special prosecutors to conduct a full and comprehensive investigation into that corruption and theft scene.

Identify the responsible persons, their actions and inactions. Hold them criminally accountable and punish them.
