The candidate for deputy on the Socialist Party list in Tirana, Mimi Kodheli, said that the open list is nothing new for her, as she managed to break the quotient 4 years ago.

"It's nothing new for me. I broke the quotient 4 years ago. Asking for a personal vote when you have 25 years in politics is relatively simple in my 14th campaign," Kodheli said on A22 CNN. 

Further, she was asked if there is rivalry within the SP? " Not necessarily, in some cases, but they have not bothered me. There are colleagues who are seeking votes in our areas of political responsibility. We must be careful about one thing, not to annoy the citizens," said Kodheli.
