The Chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, during the closing campaign meeting in Berat, declared that, 

 Within the first 100 days, the engines of hope in Albania will be ignited.

'It is this program, and the goal is to be able to do so with the experience I have, but the truth is also with the sensitivity and passion, the sensitivity I have towards the plight of the people, towards this great devastation of our nation, to do everything for a radical turnaround. Friends, in 100 days, every enterprise will pay 10 percent profit tax instead of 23 percent. But in every enterprise, salaries over 500 euros will automatically increase by 13 percent, because they also pay 23 percent profit tax on their salaries.
VAT will drop to 15 percent.
