He stabbed his 15-year-old son, the court decides for the father
Shpëtim Çuka, who three days ago stabbed his 15-year-old son in the village of Vreshtas, Maliq municipality, is left in prison.
The session took place at noon this Sunday, as the court has imposed the measure of arrest and imprisonment.
The serious incident happened on Wednesday morning around 7:30 a.m. when Shpëtim Čuka's son had to go to school, which led to their conflict until the use of a knife.
We must remember that from Čuka's testimony it was understood that the conflict was temporary over school attendance.
According to him, the boy did not want to go to school.
" When I told him it was time, he was on the phone. We were fighting because he wasn't listening to me, he didn't want to go to school, during the conflict I had a knife in my hand with which I hit him ," said the father.
The wound that the 15-year-old received was in his ribs, while after treatment he left the regional hospital of Korça and returned home in good health.
