A teacher has been released from custody by the Police of Berat, after he allegedly threatened a high school student in the town of Poliçan, claiming that he had insulted him on social networks.
The local police informs that the Poliçan Police station referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where the proceedings began for citizen Ervis Shpata, 35 years old, (teacher), for the criminal offense of "intimidation".
" Yesterday, citizen DL, 18 years old, (student) filed a report, who claims that he was threatened by citizen E. Sh, (Ervis Shpata) because the latter suspects that the student has offended him on social networks". said in the official announcement.
After preliminary investigations, where the teacher denied the accusation of intimidation and the taking of evidence, the materials for further investigations were passed to the Prosecutor's Office of Berat.
