Five people have ended up in handcuffs following investigations into corruption by the Naples prosecutor's office. Among them is the former general of the Guardia di Finanzia, Fabrizio Lisi, who was assigned the security measure "House arrest".

The beneficiary of this gift is a foundation created to support cultural exchanges between Albania and Italy, named after brothers Luca.M.Eftimiadhi and Marco M.Eftimiadhi, who have left Albania today and are Italian citizens. "The president of this Foundation is the General of the Guardia Di Finanza, who recently retired", it is said in the chronicle.

According to the Italian Anti-Mafia Prosecutor in Lecce, Shehu “is a person investigated by the Lecce Prosecution in 2012 for links to the Italian, Prodentino Albino, a notorious drug dealer with whom he had links to reinvest Sacra Corona Unita money in the territory Albanian ”.

Another name related to the donation of 30 thousand ha against the former general of the Guardia di Finanzia, is also Pëllumb Petritaj, a businessman who has been prosecuted several times for the issue of land alienation in Vlora. According to the document brought by TG3, "Pëllumb Petritaj signed for Shehu the act of donating land on the beach of Vlora and was arrested after several media investigations for land fraud in 2018".

Asked by the journalist who prepared the chronicle, "How is it possible that in the document of the gift property there are two notorious names of the criminal world" , the former general said that at that time Petritaj and Shehu were not like that. The notary has verified the act of commission and nothing illegal has been committed in that territory.
