The police have arrested the engineer of the company Dd air shpk, for the criminal offense of "Violation of the rules of protection at work".

This is because yesterday, on Bardhok Biba Street in Tirana, while works were being carried out on a building, a worker fell from a height and lost his life on the spot.

For this, the police arrested the 33-year-old Kristjan Moli, who was an engineer, technical manager in the company that was carrying out the work, and the worker who lost his life at the workplace.

"Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes at the Police Station No. 3 arrested the citizen KM, 33 years old, resident of Lezhë, with the duties of an engineer, technical manager in a construction company, for the criminal offense "Violation of the rules of protection at work", provided by article 289 of the Criminal Code.
