THE APPOINTMENT OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE NATIONAL AGENCY FOR CONCESSIONS PROCESSING
In support of point 2, article 100, of the Constitution, and point 8/1, of decision no. 285, dated 10.4.2020, of the Council of Ministers, "On the organization, functioning, as well as procedures and the level of tariffs of services to be provided by the Concessions Handling Agency (ATRAKO)", amended, with the proposal of the Minister of Finance and Economy, Council of Ministers
DECIDE:
Mr. Emiliano Gjika is appointed Chairman of the Concessions Handling Agency.
The Ministry of Finance and Economy and the Concessions Handling Agency are charged with the implementation of this decision.
This decision takes effect immediately.
We recall that a few days ago, it was decided that the organization of the Concessions Agency will be carried out through the Council of Ministers.
