The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Durrës Police Station referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against the citizen R. Gj., 60 years old, since on 13.04.2024, a 23-year-old citizen, resident in Durrës, was presented at this police station. who reported that her father-in-law, citizen R. Gj., took her 3-year-old child and never returned it.

The Police Services have checked the residence of the citizen R. Gj., but they have not found the child. Intensive checks to find him continue.

The procedural materials have been passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the Durrës General Jurisdiction, for further actions, for the criminal offense "Unjustly taking a child".
