Shkëlzen Berisha ironizes the main democrat: Basha quorum 7 x 7 = 42

Shkëlzen Berisha, the son of the former leader Sali Berisha, has ironized the leader of the Democrats, Lulzim Basha, while the latter is giving his speech in the PD Assembly.
