The Special Prosecution Office has filed a claim for the second group of the "5D" file.

SPAK is seeking 1 year in prison for the director of the "Tirana" sports club, Deborah Keçi, which with the shortened trial is reduced to 8 months.

The prosecution requested a suspension and probation for 2 years for Keçi, so that during this time he does not commit another criminal offense, as well as the removal of the right to exercise public functions for 5 years.

For Teuta Guri, Renaldo Gjerazi and Gentjan Meraj, prosecutor Klodian Braho requested a sentence of 9 months in prison, applying a shortened trial of 6 months.

A two-year suspension was also requested for all three, so that during this time they would not commit another criminal offense, and an additional sentence was given that they would not exercise public functions for 5 years.
