The Democratic Party's campaign strategist, American Chris LaCivita, responded to allegations that he has abandoned his work in Albania.

Speaking on Syri TV, LaCivita dismissed the rumors of the socialist media and explained that he continues to work intensively for the victory of the DP and the return of Sali Berisha as prime minister.

"The socialist media and those close to Edi Rama have that interest in lying because this is what they have done, they have lied. I am there all the time with my staff and I work on a daily basis. Edi Rama deals with me, he will cover Edi Rama's failures during these 12 years of governance that has done nothing for the interests of Albanians", said the American strategist.
