Refit Buzi, the 35-year-old who shot and killed his ex-father-in-law and seriously injured his ex-mother-in-law, has committed suicide.
Despite negotiations by RENEA, Buzi has not agreed to surrender. Earlier, he asked for time while warning that if the situation escalated, he would commit suicide.
