RENEA in negotiations with Refit Buzin, the 35-year-old threatens suicide

RENEA special forces continue negotiations with Nertil (Refit) Buzi, the 35-year-old suspected of killing his ex-father-in-law and injuring his ex-mother-in-law in the village of Vidhisht, Roskovec, with the aim of convincing him to surrender.

According to sources from the scene, during communication with negotiators, Buzi asked for time, after claiming that the conflict with his ex-partner's family, whom he accuses of taking the money he earned while emigrating, was the cause that pushed him towards crime.

Sources also indicate that the 35-year-old has warned that he may commit suicide if the situation escalates, which has led RENEA negotiators to continue efforts to convince him to surrender peacefully.

The police operation remains ongoing, while the area where the perpetrator is suspected of hiding continues to be surrounded by special forces and State Police services.
