Tear gas and pepper spray, 17 people end up in hospital

The Ministry of Health has announced that 17 people are currently receiving medical care at the "Mother Teresa" University Hospital Center (MUT) and the University Trauma Hospital (UTH), following events related to the protest.

 According to authorities, all patients are out of danger.

10 protesters have presented themselves at the QSUT. Of them, three have received the necessary medical assistance and have been discharged from the hospital on the recommendation of doctors. Four protesters are being treated in the Emergency Room, while three others are in the Toxicology service.

Meanwhile, six police officers and one protester are receiving treatment at the University Trauma Hospital. According to the official announcement, all are out of danger and continue to receive the necessary medical care.
