The tragedy at the TEG overpass repeats itself, two fatal accidents at the same

The roundabout near TEG has once again become the scene of a fatal accident.

This Wednesday afternoon, a concrete mixer collided with a vehicle on the Grand Ring Road and then broke through the protective barriers, falling from the overpass onto another car that was moving on the axis below. As a result of the accident, the concrete mixer driver lost his life, while another person was injured.

This is not the first time a tragic event has occurred at this point.

About two years ago, in the same location, an Audi vehicle left the road, broke through the protective barriers and fell from the overpass onto another Honda vehicle.

The toll of that accident was even more severe: two girls traveling in the Audi lost their lives, while the driver and three people in the Honda were injured.

The two serious accidents, which occurred on the same road segment, bring attention back to safety at this important traffic junction, while road accidents continue to remain one of the most serious concerns in the country.
