Film footage from the interior of the Albanian Post in Durrës has been published for the first time, shedding light on the suspected scandal with the branch's funds, an issue that led to the arrest of former director Elisabeta Mataj and the imposition of "house arrest" on former chief financial officer Valbona Duni, as well as former treasurer Paola Dana.

In the footage published by Top Channel, Valbona Duni is seen entering the branch's cash register, taking a sum of money, putting it in a bag and leaving the office.

The footage also shows other moments filmed inside the institution, where the former finance chief is shown holding documents in her hands and talking to former treasurer Paola Dana.

Meanwhile, it was previously reported that the husband of former director Elisabeta Mataj has filed a report with the Durrës Police against Valbona Duni, requesting verification of her assets.

According to the complaint, the former finance chief owns luxury vehicles, apartments and businesses, assets that, according to the complainant, do not match the income declared from her salary of around 60 thousand lek per month.
